Step One
RECOGNIZE GOD LOVES YOU
"For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16; Ezekiel 18:23;32
"And this is eternal life, that they may know you, the only true God and Jesus Christ whom you have sent." John 17:3
"As the Father loved me, I also have loved you; abide in my love." John 15:9
Step Two
ADMIT YOU NEED HELP
"And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the wordl, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil." John 3:19
"Therefore, I said to you that you will die in your sins,; for if you do not believe that I am he, you will die in your sins." John 8:24 Romans 3:23, 6:23, Psalm 14:2-3;Isaiah 64:6.
"He who believe in him is not condemned, but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God." John 3:18.
Step Three
BELIEVE THAT JESUS IS THE ONLY SAVIOUR
"Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!." John 1:29
"Jesus says unto him, I am the way, the Truth and the life; no man comes unto the father but by me." Through me." John 14:6
"He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him." John 3:36; 1 Peter 2:24; Romans 3:24-26; Isaiah 53:5,6,7,11, Ephesians 1:17; Colossians 1:14
Step Four
RECEIVE JESUS AS YOUR OWN SAVIOUR
"But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in his name." John 1:12; Romans 10:8-10
"And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of my hand." John 10:18
"He who hears my word and believes in him who sent me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgement, but has passed from death into life." John 5:24; 5:25-26;1, John 5:11-12.
Step Five
ACKNOWLEDGE THAT JESUS IS NOW YOUR LORD AND FRIEND
"You are my friends if you do whatever I command you." John15:14 Thomas answered and said unto him, "My Lord and my God!" John 20:28
"Until now you have asked nothing in my name. Ask and you will receive, that your joy may be full." John 16:24, John 14:13
Step Six
RECOGNIZE YOU NOW BELONG TO GOD’S FAMILY- THE CHURCH
Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, "Peace be with you." Now whe he had said this, he showed them his hands and his side. Then the disciples wre glad when they saw the Lord. John 20:19,20
"I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without me you can do nothing." John 15:5; Ephesians 2:19;3:6;Romans 8:16-17
Step Seven
COMMIT YOURSELF TO SERVE THE LORD; PRAY, READ THE BIBLE AND WITNESS
"And whatever you ask in my name, that I will do that the Father may be glorified in the Son." John 14:13-14
Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed him, "If you abide in my word, you are my disciples indeed.
"And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free." John 8:32, Matthew 11:28-29
"Peace to you! As the Father has sent me I also send you." John 20:21

Heavenly Father, I know that I have sinned and need your forgiveness. I believe that your son the Lord Jesus Christ died for me on the cross and I am willing to repent and turm from my sins. I now by faith invite the Lord Jesus to come into my heart and life as my personal saviour and I am willing, by your grace, to follow and obey him as the Lord of my life, Amen.
